This project sits across all six stages of the supply chain, and investigates the role of water in the development and deploymet of AI, from raw material extraction all the way to disposal/end-of-life. Through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data about water consumption and governance at each stage of the supply chain, the project aims to explore the issue of water access and justice in
relation to the industry of AI.
