Beatrice Bacci
Beatrice Bacci is a consultant and researcher specializing in online narratives, discourse analysis, and the intersections of digital media and social movements. She focuses on search engine reputation management and generative engine optimization, exploring how narratives are shaped and spread in digital spaces. Her research examines the impact of state and corporate surveillance on climate movements, particularly its influence on activists' self-perception and practices.
Beatrice founded the Queer Crochet Club in London, a space designed to foster connection and inclusivity through crafting. At the AI + Planetary Justice Alliance, she curates the monthly newsletter, the Observatory of Planetary Justice Impacts of AI, and contributes to the Below the Algorithm project. She has a MSc (Distinction) in Data & Society from LSE.
